Payments collected in advance from clients for the purpose of covering anticipated USPTO filing fees and/or attorney’s service fees are deposited into an IOLTA trust account in accordance with California Rules of Professional Conduct 1.5 (e) and 1.15 (a) and (b).
Attorney’s service fees are withdrawn from the account only after being earned, as defined in the attorney-client contract, and also in compliance with the aforementioned ethics rules.
Clients have the options to pay by paper check, e-check, credit card, and wire transfer.

Wire transfer is the fastest way to advance a fee that has been agreed upon for legal services to be performed on client’s behalf. Wire transfers are normally processed within the same business day. Please note that there are outgoing transfer fees per transaction charged by your bank when you make a wire.
E-checks are also a relatively fast payment method, with funds usually becoming available before the end of the next business day. E-checks are free for clients.How secure are electronic payments?
E-check and credit card transactions are processed by a PCI DSS compliant merchant account provider. Neither Dean IP Law nor the third-party payment processor stores financial information belonging to clients.What type of credit cards do you accept?
